CLT Testing

We are pleased to offer the Classical Learning Test (CLT) exams this year. All exams will be administered in paper format and proctored on the Holy House Academy campus.

Proctors Needed

Multiple proctors are required for testing to take place:

• CLT (April 16): 1–2 proctors needed (may not be a participant’s parent)
• CLT10 (April 23): 1–2 proctors needed (may be a participant’s parent)
• CLT3–CLT8 (April 23–24): 7–8 proctors needed (may be a participant’s parent)

Open to All Homeschoolers

These exams are open to all homeschool students, not only those enrolled at Holy House Academy. You are welcome to forward this Flocknote to families outside of HHA.

Important Registration Note

Please complete the registration form for your child(ren) and click “Proceed to Payment,” but do not submit payment at this time. I first need to confirm that we have met the minimum number of students required for each exam. Once minimum enrollment is reached, I will send a payment link.

Exam Details

CLT (11th–12th Grade) CLOSED

• Registration Deadline: March 2
• Test Date: Thursday, April 16
• Arrival Time: 9:00 a.m.
• Test Time: Begins promptly at 9:45 a.m.; approximately 2 hours plus a 10–15 minute break
• Format: Timed
• Cost: $69
• Minimum Enrollment: 5 total testers
• Score Reports: Available approximately 30 days after testing

CLT10 (9th–10th Grade) CLOSED

• Registration Deadline: March 10
• Test Date: Thursday, April 23
• Arrival Time: 10:00 a.m.
• Test Time: Begins promptly at 10:45 a.m.; approximately 2 hours plus a 10–15 minute break
• Format: Timed
• Cost: $49
• Minimum Enrollment: 5 total testers
• Score Reports: Available approximately 30 days after testing

CLT7 (7th Grade) & CLT8 (8th Grade) CLOSED

• Registration Deadline: March 2
• Test Date: Thursday, April 23
• Arrival Time: 9:15 a.m.
• Test Time: Begins promptly at 9:45 a.m.; approximately 2¼ hours plus 20–25 minutes for breaks
• Format: Timed
• Cost: $39
• Minimum Enrollment: 15 total testers across grades 3–8
• Score Reports: Available approximately 35–40 days after testing

CLT3–CLT6 (3rd–6th Grade) CLOSED

• Registration Deadline: March 2
• Test Dates:
  • Thursday, April 23 (first half)
  • Friday, April 24 (second half)
• Arrival Time: 9:15 a.m.
• Test Time: Begins promptly at 9:45 a.m.; approximately 2½–3 hours each day, plus a 20-minute snack break
• Format: Untimed
• Cost: $39
• Minimum Enrollment: 15 total testers across grades 3–8
• Score Reports: Available approximately 35–40 days after testing
