Club Day is an extension of Holy House Academy. Each club has its own tuition and associated fees. Families are welcome to be here if they are enrolled in Holy House Academy. Families are not required to enroll in clubs to attend Club Day. Families who wish to participate in Tuesday Club Days who are not currently attending Monday or Wednesday classes need to enroll. The enrollment fee is $330.
COMMUNITY BUILDING Club Day is not a drop-off program. All participants must have an adult supervising them who is not responsible for a club in any way. All participants are expected to adhere to the HHA Code of Conduct and Handbook, including the HHA uniform. Parents are encouraged to bring all members of their family and use the playgrounds and pavilions freely. Everyone is expected to keep the areas they use clean and tidy.
BOYD COTTAGE Boyd Cottage will be open during Club Day Hours (1-4pm). Children must alwaysbesupervised. If children are not with their own family, two CMG trained adults must be supervising them. CMG training must be up to date. People supervising the children in Boyd Cottage are expected to put the room back in the condition it was before being used on Club Days.
CMG TRAINING Participants 18+ years must complete the CMG Safe Environment training prior to participating. If a participant turns 18 during the academic year, they are required to complete training before returning to any program event.
IMPORTANT NOTE Families are obligated to pay a full year’s tuition even if their students don’t complete the year.
